The Seagrass Ceilidh is conceived as an innovative public engagement and educational initiative, rooted in the core mission of COBALT (the Collaborative for Bioregional Action Learning and Transformation) which focuses on ecosystem stewardship, scientific innovation, and community collaboration, aiming to restore eelgrass abundance in Casco Bay, Maine.
